Hi Rachel! I’m not really a diet and fitness expert, but I’ve found that it's really all about moderation and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. It’s important to have good nutrition and also to stay active! Try to incorporate some of these things organically so it becomes part of your lifestyle. I always try to eat meals that include elements from the four basic food groups, and this may sound weird, but I keep weights around the house randomly so when I feel like doing a few sets, they’re there and it’s easy to “work out” instantly. Eat what you enjoy but don’t overindulge and make sure you exercise. Remember: Calories in and calories out! Hope this helps! Xoxoxo Gretchen Christine
